Would this count as a one piece?
From my perspective, no. But, that is just my personal preference.
My idea of a good one-piece is simple, high neck line, and low hip line.
A "good" one-piece accents the real beauty of a girl.
But again, that is just me.

To be honest I have no idea what they were even trying for when I saw the swimsuit in question.
I take it, it has to resemble a leotard for it to be considered a onepiece...
